One Character, Trained Once

How Meeka went from concept sketches to a custom-trained LoRA to a brand mascot who shows up on-set, holding the product, in her own voice.

The route we ran. Every downstream step traces back to the locked LoRA - trained on Runpod.ai for 3000 steps on a Krea2 base, from reference images that were themselves generated in Krea2 and cleaned up with a Z-Image Turbo skin detailer pass. Voice runs two tracks in parallel: VibeVoice for Meeka's spoken lines, ACE Studio for the sung/jingle vocal. Gold marks the training and export milestones.
